Introduction
Much as I have already mentioned on the primary webpage for the Divine Grace Sacred Charger, the current version, now up to the Model 4 version, of my Divine Grace Sacred Charger (at one time known more as the TIEEC charger or TIEEWC charger) bears an output port which allows the complex exotic energy field/signal created by the device to be funnelled or guided to a nearby Divine Grace Regeneration Chamber which is also located outdoors, and which looks much like a wooden-framed phone booth, measuring 8 feet high by 2.5 feet on each side -- and containing two large concave stainless steel hemispheric antennas about eight feet apart, one at the top and another at the bottom, forming a treatment chamber about 2.5 feet on each side and about 6.4 feet tall in which a person may stand. Much as mentioned on the main Divine Grace Sacred Charger page, I have received guidance on an inner level from Holy Spirit and Supreme Heart and also from several colleagues who are intuitives and healers that this full-body treatment Regeneration Chamber seems to exhibit the energetic healing and regeneration effects which could have, or would have, been exhibited by the Integratron -- had it ever been completed -- an esoteric exotic energy device that aerospace engineer and maverick George Van Tassel had started to build in the California desert back in the 1950s and 1960s before the project was halted due to lack of funds. I have also been advised on an inner level, and again this information has been verified by several colleagues who are intuitives and healers, that the regenerative effects exhibited by this chamber are, at this time (as of June 2008) the most poweful energies of this type to be found in any place on earth, whether naturally-occurring or man-made.

This section will display some photographs of the Divine Grace Regeneration Chamber, which was constructed in early April 2008. The chamber looks much like a very tall version of a pay phone booth (remember them?), but with a wooden frame instead of the metal frame found in phone booths, and with walls made of a layer of Tyvek fabric, rather than the plastic and glass panels of the old-fashioned pay phone booths.

[Left] This image shows the largely-completed wooden skeletal frame for the partly-completed chamber just after installing the hemispheric antennas; the chamber interior is high enough to allow a person 6'2" or 6'3" in height to stand fully erect. The top hemispherical antenna is visible, while the bottom hemispherical antenna is largely out of sight under the chamber floor. Having only just been connected, the chamber was not yet "charged" (a process that eventually took a couple of days) at the time when this photo was taken.

The newly-completed chamber, shown in April 2008, sitting on a concrete base and with Tyvek fabric walls -- the flexible hanging "door" (made from a folded tarp) is shown in the open position in these photos -- with the morning sun beating down on the back of the chamber.  In the first photo Vinny's breakfast smoothie (raw kefir, EM and ormus minerals) sits charging in a mug on the floor of the chamber. In the second photo at the right, Vinny is seen holding the same mug in his hands. While photos of the chamber shot during early stages of construction showed a cinder block base, the chamber now sits -- as shown in these photos -- on a poured concrete foundation.

The upturned bucket seat was chosen because a larger seat, such as a commercially-available plastic resin molded chair, would have taken up so much floor space that it would not have allowed a person to stand inside the chamber if they so wished, whereas the simple upturned bucket seat allows plenty of room for standing.

The small green space alien, known locally as "the resident alien", who hangs out in the chamber relaxes on his seat in the Divine Grace Regeneration Chamber. Is the bright beam of light seen at the right rear of the chamber coming from his mothership or is it the morning sun shining on the chamber? :-)

The Tale of the Peacock, and a Few Notes On My Latest Project, the Time-Space Portal
In May 2008, after I had completed the last phases of the Divine Grace project, which consisted of the Model 4 version upgrades to the sacred charger itself, along with the completion of the Divine Grace Regeneration Chamber, I was advised by Supreme Heart, Holy Spirit and my angels that my next project would be a time-space portal, and, in a series of quick downloads, I was given the entire design, along with all needed design details for the three primary exotic components (that is, the core exotic energy components which are key to functionality) of the time-space portal device. Now, anyone who knows me is well aware that while I enjoyed watching the simplistic but fun TV show called The Time Tunnel back in the late 1960s, and while I have also enjoyed watching some episodes of StarGate and Dr. Who (with its famous Tardis portal device) on TV over the years, I can hardly be called a science-fiction buff. And likewise, while many New Age-type folks like to babble incessantly about time-space portals and multi-dimensional or extra-dimensional travel, anyone who knows me well knows that while I am a mystic and on a spiritual path, there is not a New Age bone in my body, and, in fact, I am quite allergic to New Age preoccupations. Further, the Divine Grace Charger and the accompanying Regeneration Chamber project had, since starting the task in April 2007, cost me about $10,000 in expenses, and it was obvious that the portal project which I was being asked to tackle would easily cost far more than that.

So, I could easily understand why I had been asked to create the Divine Grace Charger and the Regeneration Chamber, since, while the charger is arguably a dedicated and focused portal device, the Divine Grace technology can exhibit obvious healing and life-giving benefits on a spiritual and energetic level, and much of the focus of my work has always been to explore various on-the-edge options for increasing levels of grace, health and vitality.  However, I was totally puzzled as to why I was being asked to develop a time-space portal technology, but Holy Spirit kept telling me that this was an important project, and that I was one of the few persons in the world qualified and able to tackle and complete such a project. At this point, I was reminded of the fact that over the previous 14 months, since about April 2007, several fellow researchers in the fringe realms who are also mystics and intuitives had pointedly said to me that they "knew" from revelations on an inner level that I was about the only person on earth qualified and able to create a time-space portal device. However, in my mind, being able to do something is a far cry from wanting to do it, and I was still very reluctant about tackling the project. Nonetheless, I have totally surrendered my life and all my activities to Holy Spirit and Supreme Heart, and thus, at the continued insistent prompting of these two aspects of Divinity, I decided to proceed with work on the portal project despite the many arguments and misgivings of my local mind. However, as a bit of a concession, and since I was being asked to commit some rather large sums of money to the project, I asked Supreme Heart for at least one explicit sign in the "real world" that I really was being asked to tackle this insane-sounding project. Well, in short order, I was advised on an inner level by Supreme Heart that I would indeed be given a sign in the "real world" shortly, and that it would be an unmistakable sign, and one that would be a propitious indicator on a mystical and spiritual level as well, and that it would be one that would continue to bless me, and our home in the mountain wilderness, and the project as well.

Well, in short order, a gorgeous peacock came to us -- entirely free of any cost, and without my having sought one nor having asked for one in any way -- and moved in with us, living in our backyard poultry pen with our chickens, ducks, geese and our turkey. The peacock, whose name is Pierre, is incredibly beautiful, and he sports a 6-foot long tail which bears the most amazing colors and patterns that I have ever seen in my life. I was then advised on an inner level that this was the sought-after "external world" sign that I should indeed proceed with the portal project, because peacocks have great spiritual and mystical significance in many spiritual traditions, and because I love and appreciate large birds. I was further advised on an inner level that in a number of religions, including Hinduism, Jainism and Christianity, peacocks are seen as a sacred bird, as a very beneficial and portentous sign and presence, and it is widely believed in these traditions that their very presence helps to bless a space and to make it more sacred and holy. I was further advised on an inner level that peacocks are also seen in many religious and spiritual traditions as guardians of doorways or gateways, and that on a spiritual level they are seen as ensuring smooth transitions between worlds and across worlds. Sure enough, the next time I had a few free moments, I ran a Google search on peacocks and their mystical and spiritual significance, and sure enough, the various articles cited in the search results confirmed everything that I had been told about peacocks on an inner level.

It is rather interesting that Spirit chose to send us a peacock, as I enjoy and admire all large birds, including hawks, eagles, turkey vultures, turkeys and geese, and at various times in the past when I have asked Holy Spirit for an external real world sign to confirm or affirm some kind of inner guidance, I have been sent a wild female turkey who visited our wilderness yard, and, at another time, more recenrtly, an entire flock of wild turkeys who appeared in our backyard. And, in the case of the peacock, his exotic beauty and the spiritual and mystical tradition of peacocks in most major religious and spiritual traditons merely rendered the message from Divinity all the more magical!

The power and control panels for the portal (the project is, of course, still under development) are located in a small watertight and weatherproof enclosure located (partly for security reasons and partly because they must be located at least 20 feet or more away from the portal chamber itself) inside the poultry pen. And, since Pierre arrived here, I have noticed that when I am working on the power and control components in the in-pen waterproof enclosure, he often approaches me and keeps me company while I work; I tend to humorously see this as Pierre, kind of keeping an eye on me on behalf of Divinity.


Here is Pierre visiting the waterproof/weatherproof enclosure in our upper poultry pen; the enclosure, located 90 feet from the portal chamber and connected to it via hefty cables, contains power and control components and panels. This photo was shot in full morning light, but, since we live on a heavily-forested mountainside, the light is somewhat filtered and attenuated by the numerous tall trees in our yard.

And, each night before dusk, Pierre flies up onto the peaked roof of our house, where he spends the night perched on the ridge peak. I realized the other day that each night, he settles in for sleep at a spot on the roof ridge peak where he is facing pretty much the exact spot further up the mountainside where I have started to construct the portal chamber, much as if he is the guardian of the project on behalf of Divinity.
